If you're not happy with your hoodie, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving it.
How to return
- Email wheelsup.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Once we receive and check your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll help you swap it.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
