Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery time
Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, carrier delays or peak periods.
Shipping cost
- Orders A$100 and over: free shipping.
- Orders under A$100: A$6.95 flat rate.
The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Customs and import charges
For orders shipped outside Australia, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email wheelsup.clothing@gmail.com and we'll help, including a replacement or refund if your order is lost.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away. We can only update it before your order ships.
